American poet, author, and activist Nikki Giovanni’s Like a Ripple on a Pond album has been reissued on vinyl for the primary time, by Modern Harmonic.
Throughout the album, Giovanni fuses her personal highly effective poetry with funk and soul instrumentals carried out by the New York Neighborhood Choir.
The reissue options traces notes by Camae Ayewa, aka Moor Mom, an extract of which reads:
